We are seeking a world-class Sr. Global Supply Manager, Exterior Plastics. You will manage Exterior Plastics Direct Procurement across all Lucid Vehicle Programs and are the key internal interface with Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Quality, and Manufacturing to deliver world-class products on time with the right cost, quality, and sustainability. You will establish our global supply chain strategies, support cross-functional teams during the development and industrialization phases, and drive sound business decisions throughout the product life cycle. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate, and negotiate with potential suppliers, creating and issuing RFQs, negotiating contracts including parts pricing and tooling costs, managing supplier development and tooling timelines, maintaining supplier relationships, achieving BOM cost reductions, and traveling 10-25% to visit suppliers. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in technical, supply chain, or finance discipline (MBA preferred), 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Operations, or Engineering in Exterior Plastics & Resins, extensive experience in sourcing exterior commodities, product launch experience, strong interpersonal and analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word, ERP & P2P systems, and preferred qualifications such as advanced degree, experience with complex analysis, knowledge of automotive exterior market dynamics, and cost engineering experience. The role is full-time onsite in Phoenix, AZ with no remote or hybrid option.
