The Social Media Investigator performs desktop research across platforms, requiring strong analysis, covert surveillance skills, quality control, factual report writing, with clear and concise communication skills. Candidates with knowledge and/or certifications of OSNIT and HUMINT a plus!
Essential Job Functions Include, But Are Not Limited To
Background checks
Social media searches
Public record searches
Preparing detailed investigation reports
Adhering to strict due dates/timelines
Attending and testifying at hearings as needed
Requirements
Social Media Investigator candidates must have:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to communicate ideas effectively and professionally
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work both independently and as a team player
Attention and commitment to accuracy and detail
Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask
Ability to model behaviors that reflect Frasco’s core values
If required by your residential state, a private investigator's license
Preferred Qualifications/Experience
Understanding of available public records & how to obtain information
Knowledge of social media platforms
Experience with OSINT tools and techniques
SOCMINT and GEOINT knowledge a plus
Insurance industry knowledge
Bi-lingual in Spanish and English (Fluent verbal and written Spanish a plus)
Associate or bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related field
