Job Description

Title: Lead Investment Operations Analyst 
Environment:  Palm Beach, FL (Hybrid 1 Day per week) 

This position is with a Family Office Client managing a diversified investment portfolio (~$600M AUM) across real estate, private credit, venture capital, private equity, and infrastructure.

Job Duties:

• Manage Addepar and Arch platforms for data architecture and reporting
• Coordinate investment operations including capital calls and reconciliations
• Produce investment reports and performance analysis
• Maintain external relationships and conduct due diligence
• Optimize processes and lead special projects
• Supervise and mentor investment operations analysts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in investment operations, preferably in a family office or alternative investment environment
• Expertise in Addepar and Arch or similar systems with customization capabilities
• Strong analytical, organizational, and Excel skills
• Commitment to fiduciary responsibility and professionalism
