As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) , you’ll be the first point of contact at community events, fundraising campaigns, and nonprofit outreach initiatives . This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are people-focused, purpose-driven , and excited to grow in a cause-oriented environment.
Represent nonprofit clients at live community outreach and fundraising events
Engage with donors, community members, and the public in a professional, warm manner
Educate the public about active nonprofit campaigns and advocate for positive change
Build long-term relationships with supporters to increase donor retention
Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure event success and campaign visibility
Uphold professionalism, empathy, and integrity in every interaction
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, outgoing, and team-oriented
Passionate about nonprofits, advocacy, or social impact work
Comfortable in high-energy, face-to-face environments
No experience required – entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
