Customer Care Representative - B ased in SLC, UT  Are you an experienced Customer Care Representative based in SLC, UT, with sewing/quilting experience, looking for an opportunity to showcase your talents in an environment that encourages creativity?

Riley Blake Designs is an innovative fabric and notions manufacturer and a respected leader in the industry. 

We are seeking a talented person to work in our growing Customer Care team.

Our ideal candidate enjoys working with and assisting customers in all aspects of their purchasing experience, sales & company support, and understands that superior customer service and customer satisfaction are our priorities.

Responsibilities

• Represent Riley Blake Designs in a warm, professional manner in all communications and establish a positive rapport with every customer, sales associates, and internal teams
• Greet customers warmly and promptly on the phone and email
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Assist customers with orders, billing issues, product questions, shipping needs, etc.
• Stay updated on -- and demonstrate -- an in-depth knowledge of our products and processes
• Support the sales team to meet and exceed service level expectations
• Keep accurate records of interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
• Communicate clearly with teammates and management to ensure smooth handling and transition of more complex customer issues

  Requirements

• This is a work-from-home position based in the SLC, Utah area only.
• A dedicated quiet home office space and high-speed internet are required
• Basic - Intermediate experience with sewing/quilting and pattern interpretation is needed
• Flexibility to work hours between 7 am-5 pm M-F, depending on team needs
• Prior on-phone customer support experience 
• Computer experience and aptitude are required
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. NetSuite experience is ideal
• Strong problem-solving/research skills and the ability to think under pressure
• Ability to remain professional and courteous to customers at all times
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to continuing education about the company and our products
• This is a fast-paced position, so the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively is necessary
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and dedication to the mission of Riley Blake Designs
• Reliable attendance is necessary
