Are you a sharp and savvy Paralegal with a passion for real estate? This real estate firm in Washington, D.C. is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join their team and provide legal support in their busy D.C. office. In this role, you will serve as a right-hand to attorneys, preparing and reviewing a range of contracts and agreements, ensuring both accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, edit, and review a variety of real estate contractual documents and vendor agreements.
• Assist and provide support to attorneys throughout all steps of the contract cycle.
• Maintain organization of all files, review and consolidate existing templates and files.
• Track essential tasks, deadlines, and relevant dates for active contracts to ensure current and upcoming matters are addressed proactively and promptly.
• Ensure all contracts are accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable laws and internal policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• Educated and experienced. You have a strong educational background and hold an Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree, and or a Paralegal Certificate. Three (3) or more years of previous experience as a contracts paralegal is preferred.
• Technologically savvy. You are familiar and comfortable operating on a variety of software programs including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and e-signature platforms.
• Multitasker. You are highly organized and detailed. The ability to manage and prioritize competing tasks and deadlines is a strength of yours.
• Clear communicator. You have excellent communication skills and can communicate efficiently and effectively.
