Compensation

  • Base Salary: $76,500 - $179,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

Role summary
Seeking a seasoned Corporate Paralegal to provide high-level legal support across financial transactions, governance, and strategic business planning. This role requires recent experience in a major law firm and strong academic credentials, organizational skills, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain corporate records and documentation

  • Assist in transactions, including mergers and acquisitions

  • Conduct legal and compliance research

  • Support corporate governance, filings, and regulatory adherence

  • Collaborate closely with attorneys and cross-functional teams

Must-have qualifications

  • 5+ years of current or recent experience as a corporate paralegal in a major law firm

  • Substantial exposure to financial transactions, governance, and business planning

  • Bachelors degree and/or Paralegal Certificate

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Strong research, writing, and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience handling multi-state corporate compliance and entity management

  • Familiarity with M&A deal cycle and post-closing integration support
