As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead strategic initiatives to enhance wealth management platforms, drive digital transformation, and deliver data-driven insights to improve client experience and product performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirement gathering and solution design for investment advisory, client onboarding, and portfolio platforms.
Partner with senior stakeholders across product, compliance, and technology to align business goals with digital capabilities.
Analyse client behaviour, product performance, and operational data to support strategic decisions.
Oversee UAT, change management, and post-deployment reviews for key initiatives.
Contribute to regulatory and risk assessments related to wealth products and platforms.
Leadership Skills
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus among senior stakeholders.
Experience mentoring junior analysts and fostering a collaborative team environment.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in high-impact projects.
Ability to influence strategic direction through data-driven insights and business acumen.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Masters in Finance, Business, or related field.
10 20 years of experience in business analysis, with strong experience in wealth management or private banking.
Deep understanding of advisors/RIAs engagements, reporting and experience.
Deep understanding of investment products, client lifecycle, and digital platforms.
Overall understanding of capital markets in general.
Good technology orientation, understanding of data and data base concepts.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
Exposure to Agile delivery, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and CRM platforms.
