Audit Manager – Public Accounting Firm (Connecticut)

What You’ll Do:
Manage and review audit engagements for a diverse client base
Supervise and develop audit staff and seniors
Maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic insights
Ensure compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with partners on business development and firm initiatives

What We’re Looking For:
CPA license highly preferred
6+ years of public accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and audit methodology
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
A proactive, hands-on approach to client service and team development
